REBS offers training courses and recognition of prior learning assessments via self study. Lectures are conducted nationally and are available subject to demand. Where lectures are currently not available students should begin with the self study option and advise us if they are interested in lectures.

Self study or lectures courses are based on the same course material. Self study learners are not required to attend any lectures and all students are required to submit assessments. In house training can also be provided on request.

The estate agents course requires a matric with mathematics as an entrance requirement. If you do not meet these requirements you should first do the bridging programme and then register for the estate agents course.

If you are currently registered as a full estate agent and do not meet the entrance requirements you should register for the RPL Estate Agents course.

To do the Real Estate Agency Principal programme you either need to be a registered as an Estate Agent Principal (and then register for the RPL Principals course) , have the estate agents qualification or have another qualification of at least a NQF level 4.

Estate agents and Principals courses are done on a modular basis leading towards qualifications.
