- Demonstrate knowledge of the Real Estate environment and the various laws, rules and regulations that impact on the Real Estate function.

- Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 2002 (FAIS) (Act 37 of 2002) estate agents
3. SALE AND LEASE
- Perform the Real Estate function
- Manage self-development in Real Estate

4. ELECTIVES
Electives options are available for real estate and valuations.
