The Property and Real Estate Industry is a well-established industry constantly in need of skilled people and learners would benefit from training offered by REBS. The scope of Real Estate is changing and evolving all the time with a wide variety of Real Estate opportunities such as real estate sales, brokerage, leasing, valuations, property management, institutional real estate investment, real estate consulting, development, commercial and industrial property.

Real Estate College entered into a working relationship with REBS Real Estate Benchmarking Systems a subsidiary of a major bank in 2003. Due to this association the name was changed to REBS Real Estate Business School. REBS was purchased by the College in 2009 and the Real Estate College now trades exclusively as REBS, Real Estate Business School.

Specialisations short courses in Real Estate Marketing, Property Management, Valuations, Property Investments

Training for the Estate Agency Affairs Board in terms of the new regulations for Estate Agents and Principals

We also do in house training for companies with specific training requirements.

The courses provide progress along a learning path for learners who:

• Were previously disadvantaged or who were unable to complete their schooling and were therefore denied access to Further Education and Training.
• Have worked in real estate for many years, but have no formal Qualification in real estate, valuation or property;
• Wish to extend their range of skills and knowledge of the industry so that they can become competent workers in the property industry.
